Each Program includes:

  1. Consultation with a certified Personal Trainer. We will discuss your goals, exercise history, time parameters for exercising, and any special needs.
  2. Fitness Assessment to determine measurements, Resting & Exercise Heartrate, Blood Pressure, Girth Measurements, BMI, Body Composition, Joint Specific Flexibility Assessment, Static & Dynamic Posture Analysis, and Medical History.
  3. Static and Dynamic Posture analysis.
  4. Two personal training sessions.
