Joan has been personal training and instructing group fitness classes since 1990 and has been part of the Austin fitness community since 1995. She has developed a following through her expertise in sports biomechanics and athletic training as well as working with those individuals with special exercise needs and biomeichanical challenges.
Joan has competed in the FIT TV talent competition and has presented group exercise choreography for several states throughout the country.
